Refund policy

At Barberry by Northland, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • In the original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings
  • Lingerie
  • Cosmetics
  • Skincare products
  • Personalized or custom-made items

3. How to Request a Return

To start your return, please email us at info@barberrybynorthland.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Photos, if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

We will reply with return instructions and the return address.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was sent

If any of these apply, we will cover or reimburse your return shipping.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:
